A Weymouth man accused of killing his father outside their family home Feb. 4 was indicted on manslaughter charges Thursday by a Norfolk County grand jury, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey said. Michael Beaudry, 20, is accused of striking his father with a plastic pipe in the street in front of their home. Beaudry was beside his father holding him and pleading for help when authorities arrived, said David Traub, a spokesman for the district attorney’s office. Beaudry was originally charged with murder on the night of the crime and pleaded not guilty in Quincy District Court.
