Many politicians skipping St. Patrick’s breakfast in Southie

Lieutenant Governor Timothy P. Murray was the hit of last year’s South Boston St. Patrick’s Day breakfast, spoofing his death-defying high-speed car crash by showing up in a racing helmet and jacket.

This year, Murray is staying safe at home.

They should just hold the breakfast and parade somewhere on the South Shore and save everyone the commute.

Wake up,Southie isn't the old South Boston. Seaport screwed you all and a Starsbucks at the Broadway Station?

Breakfast?  What breakfast?

Since Billy Bulget left the stage, this event has bedcome very boring, the hacks boorish.

I don't find politics funny at all anymore. Stop having the breakfast until both sides God damn grow up!

A great reason not to elect Dorcena Forry.

I'm not going if Tim Murray is staying home. Can someone tell me what Mo Cowan is doing? Does he have time for anything or does he still think he is in the private sector?
