A Dedham man is facing multiple charges after an early morning crash on Route 202 in Jaffrey, N.H., that killed one passenger in his car and injured the other, according to a statement from the Jaffrey Police Department. Police were alerted to the crash by two passersby, who helped pull one of the victims from the wreckage. They found a 2006 Honda Accord resting upside down and engulfed in flames, said the statement. The driver of the Accord, Edgard Henriquez, 19, of Dedham was heading north on River Street when he lost control, crossed the center line, and crashed into the woods, according to the statement. Henriquez was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and negligent homicide. He and an 18-year-old passenger were taken to Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, N.H. Another passenger, who has not been identified, was killed, according to police.
