Man charged with 9 counts of stalking in N.H.

Police in Portsmouth, N.H., have arrested a man on nine counts of stalking. Police say a judge ordered Kenneth Kimber last month not to have contact with a specific witness to his pending criminal case. He is out on bail on three counts of certain uses of a computer, five counts of indecent exposure, attempted aggravated sexual assault, and interference with custody. Police say the 34-year-old Kimber violated the order when he had contact with the witness nine times in the last few weeks. Kimber is scheduled to be arraigned May 6.
