A 26-year-old Stoughton man was arrested Tuesday and charged with smuggling drugs into Norfolk County House of Correction in Dedham by mailing envelopes disguised as letters from area law firms to avoid detection, said Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey. Authorities said a quantity of a drug believed to be Suboxone has been recovered. Robert J. Hanrahan was charged with possession of a Class B substance, conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, and delivering or procuring to deliver contraband into a correctional facility, said a spokesman from Morrissey’s office. Hanrahan was to be arraigned Wednesday in Stoughton District Court.
