MBTA says 2d officer was slightly hurt in shoot-out

A second MBTA Transit Police officer was shot and slightly wounded in a gunfight with accused Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev, MBTA officials said on Wednesday.

The T did not release the officer’s identity, but said he was grazed in the buttocks during the gunfight early Friday in which MBTA officer Richard Donohue Jr. was ­severely wounded.
