Man shot to death in Charlestown

Boston police continue to search today for the person who shot and killed a man on a Charlestown street shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Police responded to Monument Street around 10:18 p.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting that a person had been shot.

When they arrived, they found the body of a man lying in the street near 92 Monument St.

He was pronunced dead at the scene.

Police said they know who the person is, but they are not releasing his name.

No arrests have been made, police said today.
