A Norton woman was found guilty Thursday of molesting and assaulting a girl she babysat at the child’s home, but was acquitted of punching the girl’s younger brother. The Attleboro Sun Chronicle reported that a prosecutor said Crystal Goodis, 33, created ‘‘a house of horrors,’’ including wearing Halloween-type costumes and playing horror movies to frighten the children, who were then 4 and 3 years old. The children, now 8 and 6, testified during the two-day trial that Goodis punched and kicked them the first day she baby-sat them in 2009. Goodis was sentenced to serve 18 months of a 2½-year jail sentence, followed by 20 years’ probation.
