The Worcester district attorney said the Assumption College deputy police chief was in good condition after accidentally shooting his right foot during a training program Thursday. District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. said Keith Hough, 55, was wounded when his gun fired as he was returning it to its holster. Early said Hough was participating in live-fire training conducted by a private vendor, Blue Line Corp. He was taken to University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
