Heat wave in Boston likely to last until Sunday

No relief from the heat is in sight, with the third official heat wave for Boston declared at 10:23 a.m. when temperatures crested 90 degrees at Logan Airport, according to the National Weather Service.

This hot and humid weather won’t relent anytime soon, with the heat wave likely to slog on until Sunday, the weather service said.
