New Hampshire authorities are investigating what they are describing as the untimely death of a homeless man early Saturday morning. State police and the county prosecutor’s office say 52-year-old Paul E. Tinkham died at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where he was being treated for a head injury. Authorities say police were called Tuesday evening to an encampment in the woods in Concord, where Tinkham lived. Police say while there he sustained a head injury. Authorities have not said how he was injured. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday. State Police are encouraging anyone with information to contact them.
