April 3, 2000, charged with disturbing the peace in Waltham.

May 3, 2000, charged with possessing a hypodermic needle in Waltham.

April 9, 2001 , charged with striking another man with a bottle in Waltham.

Sept. 18, 2002, charged with threatening to kill an unidentified person in Waltham.

Mar. 7, 2003, charged with striking a woman with a beer bottle in Waltham.


July 7, 2003, charged with assaulting and threatening to kill his former girlfriend in Waltham.

Aug. 2, 2004 , charged with vandalizing the same woman’s property.

Nov. 7, 2005 , charged with striking her with a telephone and kicking her, as well as witness intimidation. He is jailed for at least 81 days while the case is pending.

Nov. 10, 2005 , charged with violating a restraining order that she had taken out against him.

Jan. 31, 2011, charged with driving with a suspended license in Waltham.

Wednesday, charged with assaulting Jennifer Martel and released on personal recognizance.

Friday , arraigned on murder and other charges in Martel’s slaying and ordered held without bail.
