A man being sought on a warrant for child rape in Massachusetts has been arrested in Salem, N.H., the US Marshals Service announced this morning.

Domingo Palma, 60, of Litchfield, N.H., was arrested Wednesday night by members of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, the agency said. Palma was located at a workplace in the 400 block of South Broadway in Salem.
