A Vermont couple charged with killing a St. Johnsbury Academy science teacher last year have pleaded not guilty to new charges of kidnapping and conspiracy to commit murder. Allen and Patricia Prue of Waterford were in Caledonia Superior Court in St. Johnsbury Monday, where they were ordered by a judge to have no contact with each other. Patricia Prue also pleaded not guilty to eight new counts of possession of child pornography related to images on a laptop computer she allegedly owned, the Caledonian Record reported. The Prues are being held without bond on charges they killed Melissa Jenkins, 33, in March 2012.
