Weymouth High evacuated, classes suspended after bomb threat

Weymouth High School was evacuated this morning and classes have been suspended for the day after a written bomb threat was discovered in a school bathroom, according to an alert sent by interim Principal Peter Haviland.

“The Weymouth Police and fire departments are doing a thorough sweep of our school,” Haviland said in his email to parents. “Be assured, we will be working closely with the Weymouth Police to identify the person responsible for this crime.”
