Troopers rescue cat from Mass. Turnpike median


A lucky cat still has at least one of his nine lives left, thanks to State Police. Numerous callers reported a sick or frightened cat during the morning rush-hour Monday in the median of the Massachusetts Turnpike as it enters Boston, State Police said in a Facebook posting. Troopers Robert Monahan and Joseph Hilton were able to capture the cat, turning it over to animal control officers.
