Quincy police and fire officials did not have the woman’s name or exact age. An update on their conditions was not available.

Quincy police said the MBTA would have more information on the woman, but the MBTA said it did not have the information because the crash happened outside the T station.

No one inside the T station was injured, T spokesman Joe Pesaturo said. Quincy and Transit Police are deciding who will investigate the incident.

Red Line service was not affected, Pesaturo said.
