Law enforcement authorities in Revere arrested a 28-year-old fugitive Tuesday who had escaped from a community work center in Camden, Ala., after serving eight years of a 50-year sentence for assault, the US Marshals Service said. US Marshals and State and Revere police found Jerry Randolph Anthony at his girlfriend’s Noble Street residence, where authorities believe he had been hiding for about a week, the US Marshals Service said. When authorities found Anthony hiding in a bathroom, he resisted arrest and was tasered, the marshals said. Anthony, who escaped Sept. 5, will be returned to Alabama for trial.
