Two hurt in multi-vehicle crash in Franklin Park Road

Cause under investigation

Two people were transported to a Boston hospital this morning following a multiple vehicle crash on Franklin Park Road, Boston police said.

The crash created major traffic problems for inbound commuters using the Casey Overpass on Route 203, leading into Franklin Park.

The cause of the crash, which took place around 8:23 a.m., remains under investigation.

The victims were taken to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston with non life-threatening injuries, police said.

The roadway has reopened, police said.
