Natick police are searching for the operator of a truck involved in a hit-and-run accident with an ambulance Monday afternoon, police said.

“Thankfully no one was inside the ambulance,” said the dispatcher. “Everyone was okay.”

The ambulance suffered minor damage, and EMS workers were able to transport the Rockland Street resident to the hospital without incident, said the dispatcher.

Anyone with information about the truck’s operator is encouraged to call the Natick police at (508) 647-9500.
