No injuries reported after Danvers mobile home collapses

Firefighters responded to a Danvers mobile home park this afternoon after they received reports of a roof collapse, firefighters said.

A mobile home, located at 200 North St., buckled under the pressure of nearly 2 feet of snow on its roof, said Danvers Fire Captain Frank Facco.

The front part of the home collapsed, and the walls flared out, said Facco.

The home appeared to have been vacant for many months. No one was injured, said Facco.

Facco said the home will remain cordoned off, until officials determine how to remove it.
