Two sunny days lie ahead, leading into a rainy end to the week and a “beautiful” weekend, forecasters said.
“Rain should move in during the overnight hours [Thursday] and be off and on through Saturday morning,” said National Weather Service meteorologist Alan Dunham
Today will be sunny and dry, with high temperatures near 57 degrees dropping into the mid-30s overnight.
Those conditions should repeat Thursday, though high temperatures will crest at a higher 59 degrees. Some clouds will appear in the afternoon as low temperatures sink into the mid-40s.
Friday will be even warmer, with high temperatures cresting at 62 degrees, and some light, scattered showers possible during the day. Rain could start sprinkling as early as 5 a.m., and again after 3 p.m. Skies will become cloudy in the evening as temperatures drop into the mid-40s. Rain should return after 11 p.m. and continue overnight and into Saturday morning.Catalina Gaitan can be reached at email@example.com. Follow her on Twitter at @catalina_gaitan.
