The victim of a car crash in Westport last weekend has been identified as a 16-year-old high school sophomore and the daughter of a local pastor. Erika Hall was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-vehicle crash late Saturday night, police said. Hall was a rear seat passenger in a car driven by a 16-year-old boy that struck a utility pole and rolled over. She was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. The driver and two 18-year-old male passengers were injured. Authorities told the Herald News of Fall River that the crash remains under investigation and that no charges have been filed.
