Woman injured in roll-over crash in Lexington on I-95

A 62-year-old woman’s car rolled over after colliding with another vehicle on Interstate 95 in Lexington Sunday evening, State Police said.

The woman, who was not identified, was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with injuries not considered to be life-threatening, said Lieutenant Daniel Richard.

She was driving a 1998 Mercedes when the crashed occurred on the north I-95 ramp to Route 2 at 6:53 p.m., Richard said. Who crashed into whom remained under investigation late Sunday night by State Police, he said.

She was the only person in her car; at least one person was in the other vehicle and was uninjured, Richard said.

The Lexington Fire Department also responded to the scene.
