An Oxford High School gym teacher was arraigned on rape charges in Dudley District Court Monday for allegedly touching a girl under 14 years old inappropriately over a two-year period, the Worcester Telegram & Gazette reported. Dung V. Nguyen, 40, of Oxford faces charges of rape, aggravated rape, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. It was not clear what the girl’s relationship was with Nguyen or if she was one of his students. Nguyen voluntarily turned himself into authorities, the Telegram & Gazette reported. He was put on paid administrative leave from the high school, said School Superintendent Allen W. Himmelberger.
