Police seek man with ‘large ears’ in Boston bank robbery

Boston police are searching for a man with “large ears” who allegedly robbed a bank in Back Bay this afternoon.

The man entered the Eastern Bank branch at 155 Dartmouth St. at about 2:45 p.m. and demanded money. Police said he did not show a weapon. They did not say how much money he left with.

The man was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a baseball hat. But police said his large ears were visible.

This bank was also robbed last week and investigators are looking into whether the same man hit the location twice, FBI Special Agent Greg Comcowich said.

Anyone with information about this alleged robber is asked to contact Boston police.
