About 20 people have been displaced following a five-alarm fire that heavily damaged a large, four-story apartment building on Wyoming Street in Roxbury early on Tuesday, according to the Boston Fire Department.

One firefighter suffered a shoulder injury while battling the blaze, which caused an estimated $800,000 in damage, the department said on its official Twitter account.

The fire was reported at 1:44 a.m., and was declared out around 3:30 a.m. The cause of the fire in the 125-unit building remains under investigation.
