A woman was killed after she was struck by a vehicle early this morning in Dorchester, according to Boston police.

The 32-year-old woman, who has not been identified, was struck at 4 River St., near the Washington Street intersection around 5:15 a.m., said Officer Rachel McGuire, a spokeswoman for the Boston police.
