Man shot, critically wounded in South Boston, police say

A man was shot and critically wounded Wednesday night in South Boston, Boston police said.

Responding officers found the man inside an apartment on Logan Way in the Mary Ellen McCormack housing development shortly before midnight, police said today.


The man was rushed to Boston Medical Center for treatment of life-threatening wounds.

No arrests have been made, police said.
