The company the state hired to do background checks on firms applying for licenses to sell medical marijuana had trouble verifying Kevin Fisher's college degree. Here is an email exchange about the issue between Fisher, executive director of New England Treatment Access, and the state contractor doing the background checks. Fisher provided the email.
