Teen dies in Sturbridge motorcycle accident

A 16-year-old youth was killed Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Leadmine Road, according to Sturbridge police. Officials from Sturbridge police and fire departments responded to the 8:30 a.m. accident and discovered the operator of the bike, Colin R. Krenzul of Holland, injured and unresponsive. Sturbridge fire EMS treated Krenzul on the scene before taking him to Harrington Memorial Hospital, where he died, police said. Sturbridge police are working with the State Police Collision Reconstruction and Analysis Section and Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early’s office in investigating the accident.
