At 8:22 a.m. the woman was biking near the intersection of Cambridge Street and Hampshire Street, according to Jeremy Warnick, a spokesman for Cambridge police.

A man walking by allegedly hit his shoulder against hers, knocking her off the bike, Warnick said. The man kept walking.

The woman suffered a concussion and was taken to a local hospital, Warnick said.

A witness took a picture of the pedestrian walking away and shared it with police, Warnick said.
