Three arrested in Barnstable on drug distribution charges

Three people have been charged with running a heroin and crack cocaine distribution ring out of a motel room in Hyannis, Barnstable police said Friday.

Police said that they saw Frank Fagone, 33, and Connor Fay, 23, conduct numerous drug transactions, officials said in a statement. When police searched the motel room, they seized 31 grams of suspected heroin, 9 grams of crack cocaine, and five Adderall tablets, as well as packaging materials and $4,500.

Fagone and Fay were arrested, along with Candace Johnson, 32. Fagone and Fay have extensive criminal records, police said.

Fagone has faced drug distribution charges five times since 2003, police said. Fagone was ordered held on $75,000 bail, and Johnson on $20,000 bail. Fay was held without bail.
