The MBTA has fixed a balky signal at the Kendall Square station in Cambridge improving the ride for Red Line passengers during the Tuesday morning commute.
The T reported the signal problem had been resolved by about 9:15 a.m. and the volume of trains travelling on the subway line was increasing. The T reported “moderate” delays around 9:19 a.m. after passengers faced “severe” delays for more than an hour, according to service alerts.
