A man facing a vehicular manslaughter charge in Maine for a fatal all-terrain vehicle crash was located in Nantucket. Jonathan Caswell, 28, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, and being a fugitive from justice. Massachusetts court officials said those charges were dismissed on Monday after Caswell waived extradition. He will be returned to Maine to face charges in connection with an ATV crash in Naples in August 2012, which took the life of Shanan Loud, 24. Police said Caswell was operating the ATV when it went airborne, flipped, and landed in a river, killing Loud.
