Sister Frederick off to Rome

Sister Susan Frederick, former president of the Presentation of Mary Academy, is now in Rome to begin her new role as a member of the General Council for the Order of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary. Frederick, a Methuen native who led the academy for the last eight years, was appointed to the position to provide leadership for the order’s ministries, which are located in 20 countries. She will spend the next six years working with other council members to provide administrative support and on-site guidance for those ministries, while being based at the order’s headquarters in Castel Gandolfo, just outside of Rome.
