From Somerville to Newmarket, N.H., winter farmers’ markets attract thousands of shoppers each week, and it’s a growing trend. There are 33 winter markets operating in Massachusetts this season, up from 16 last year. In the Bay State communities covered by Globe North, at least seven winter farmers’ markets are now operating.
