Cell tower on agenda

The Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing Wednesday on a request to install a cell tower on a building at 99R-101R Washington St. MetroPCS Massachusetts LLC has applied for a special permit to install a wireless communication facility that would include six panel antennas attached to an existing smokestack there. The hearing will be held as part of the board’s meeting, scheduled for 7:45 p.m. in the aldermen’s chamber at City Hall. - Kathy McCabe
