Police force grows by one officer

The Marblehead Police Department has a new member. The Board of Selectmen recently voted to appoint Timothy Morley as a full-time police officer. Morley will begin his post in March. Selectmen also filled two positions on town boards. Douglas O’Leary was named to the Historical Commission with a term to expire in 2013, and James Emmanuel was appointed to the Conservation Commission. His term expires in May.
