Ballot features contested races

There will be several contested races on the ballot for the April 9 town election. Thomas Terranova Jr. and David Nelson are running for one Board of Selectmen seat; the position has been held by Arthur Bourque III, who is running instead for town moderator. Don Garrity and Harry LeCours are running for a Board of Assessors seat that has been filled by Nelson. James Dillon, Christopher Barrett, and Salvatore Cammarata are running for two School Committee seats. There are no incumbents in the race; Timothy Doyle and Michael Craffey are not seeking reelection.
