Derek DeCastro’s work in net paying off for Burlington High School hockey team - North

Derek DeCastro has not been to a gym in years. But the Burlington High junior takes pride in his work ethic, and his routine at home using kettlebells, wrist-rollers and medicine balls. His diligence has certainly paid dividends for the Red Devil hockey team (14-2-6) in goal. The 5-foot-9 DeCastro has made 21 starts, registering shutouts against Woburn, Winchester, and Reading.
