Principal search narrows to seven


The search committee to find a replacement for middle school principal Ralph Watson planned to select finalists this week, and Superintendent Lynne Celli said she hopes to select a candidate by early April. There were 44 applicants for the position, and the committee presented seven as semifinalists. Watson is leaving the district to take an administrator’s job in Cambridge. - David Rattigan
