Mogador in Methuen like an exotic trip to Africa - North

Named after a city in Morocco that is a melting pot of tastes and culture, Mogador also reflects the changing population in the Merrimack Valley. Moroccan chef Salvi Salama holds true to his native cuisine with prunes, nutmeg, cinnamon, and couscous popping up here and there. To appease the city dwellers and local suburbanites, Italian and Spanish cuisine is also represented.
