Online survey for residents

The city is conducting its fourth annual online community survey at The survey was launched in 2009 as a way to communicate with residents, gather their input about future priorities, and measure the performance of city departments. In the survey’s first year, more than 1,000 residents participated. “It’s always enlightening to look over the results of the resident survey,” Mayor Kimberley L. Driscoll said in a prepared statement. “Salem residents provide valuable feedback on city issues, quality of life issues, and city services.” To find the survey, click on the “For Residents“ tab on the municipal website’s home page. - John Laidler
