Lynnfield Housing Authority gets new board member

A new member of the Lynnfield Housing Authority didn't decide to run until he'd left the voting booth. Michael C. Walsh, 23, graduated Suffolk University and passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam at an young age. Now a decision made in the parking lot on election day could lead to a career in public service.
