Burlington’s Chateau lives up to the reputation

For one of our entrees, we selected the Classic Italian Trio II ($15) of chicken cutlet parmigiana, a house specialty of thin meat with its seasoned breading fried to a golden brown and topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella. The fettuccine Alfredo was light but still creamy, and the lasagna is an old family recipe of towering sheets of homemade pasta layered with ricotta and meat sauce.
