At its meeting Thursday, the Planning Board will consider a request by Burlwood Realty to approve a minor engineering change to the shopping center at 202-232 Cambridge St. The change would allow for widening the sidewalks in front of the shops, restriping the parking spaces, and some minor landscaping work. Also at the meeting, the board will consider a request by the school district for a minor engineering change to the Marshall Simonds Middle School’s renovation and expansion project. The board will also consider a request from Revive Community Church, which plans to occupy space at 111 Terrace Hall Ave. The church seeks a waiver from having to prepare a site plan in order to add another door to the building. The board will hold a public hearing on an application by 157 Bedford St. LLC for site plan approval to reconfigure a parking area at 157 Bedford St. The board will open its public session at 7:30 p.m., following an executive session at 6:30 p.m. in Town Hall.
