Public hearings are scheduled on a request to create third-floor living space in an unfinished attic at 1 Clover Circle; permission to turn a single-family home at 83 Messenger Court into a two-family; and a request to enclose an existing porch at 35 Spear St. The hearings begin at 7:45 p.m. in the aldermen’s chamber at City Hall.
