Local seniors are invited to a breakfast Wednesday celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the Everett Older Adult Health Program. Operated by the Cambridge Health Alliance in collaboration with the city’s Council on Aging, the program offers regular activities designed to help residents age 60 and over stay healthy and active. The activities range from tai chi, aerobics, and dance classes to health screenings and a nutrition support group. The Everett Foundation for the Aged helps fund the program. Wednesday’s event will be held at 8:30 a.m. at the Connolly Center, 90 Chelsea St. It is free and open to all seniors, but reservations are required. To reserve a seat, call Sandra Lisboa at 617-591-6741.
