Stanley Elementary School principal Pamela Angelakis will become the district’s assistant superintendent beginning July 1. She will replace Maureen Bingham, who is leaving the district. Angelakis, a Swampscott school system employee since 1990 and former teacher, has been the principal at Stanley Elementary for eight years, including one as interim principal.
